The Grecale Trofeo has a detuned 3L twin-turbo Nettuno V6 from the MC20 supercar with 390kW (523hp) and 620Nm (457 lb-ft), while the Stelvio Quadrifoglio has a 2.9L twin-turbo V6 developed by Ferrari with 375kW (503hp) and 600Nm (443 lb-ft).

The Grecale is bigger in every way, and is made at a separate factory. The Maserati is 4,846mm (190.8-in) long, 1,979mm (77.9-in) wide, 1,670mm (65.8-in) tall, and has a 2,901mm (114.2-in) wheelbase. This means it is 159mm (6.3-in) longer, 76mm (3-in) wider, 22mm (0.9-in) taller and a 83mm (3.3-in) longer wheelbase than the Alfa.
